I founded Business by Intention (BXI) and have been guiding professionals as a business and executive coach since 2011. I served as a certified High Performance Coach and a certified EMyth Executive and Business Coach. In 2021, I authored "You Don't Need Permission," a book aimed at empowering women to embrace their authentic selves.
In 2023, I spearheaded the Muse Lab Business Incubator, offering a combination of curriculum, community, and mastermind sessions for business leaders who value the role of creativity in their ventures. Additionally, I've contributed to several nonprofit boards. Outside of work, I cherish moments sculpting concrete figures, painting vibrant flora with oils, and exploring nature accompanied by my sheepadoodles.
