Twenty years of providing Program Management, Human Resources, Business Development, and Client Relations to federal government contract firms culminated in founding The Lydia Mode. Lydia provides strategic growth support, business development, leadership coaching, and capture in the national space. Her team collaborates with the PGS team to best identify, pursue and win opportunities that align with Premier’s offerings and future growth plans. Lydia is also responsible for collaborating with federal agencies and contract firms.


Lydia received her Master of Science in Industrial Labor Relations, concentration on Human Resources, from Cornell University. She is a self-proclaimed “people person” and uses her extraordinary interpersonal skills to cultivate genuine partnerships. Lydia has a passion for learning, continued process improvements to be our “best selves,” and building the way forward to accomplish the mission!
